Stockport County Community Foundation are delighted to announce that we will sponsor Sam Minihan for the upcoming season. Sam has begun to work very closely with all aspects of the Community Foundation in all of our projects. He is delivering coaching sessions as part of our Midshire Schools' Coaching Programme, while he'll also be attending some other projects, such as Walking Football, Goalz evening engagement sessions, our Disability Programme and much more.

After a superb season for the first team, Sam Minihan won both Young Player of the Year awards for 2016/17, playing in. We're delighted to bring on board such a positive role model to the children and young people of Stockport. Our dedicated team of staff are very passionate about the role they play in our community, therefore they're all delighted to see such a superb professional joining their team.

The whole Community Foundation team are looking forward to what is sure to be a fantastic year for Sam, the club and ourselves. At this point, we'd like to wish Sam and the rest of the team the very best of fortunes for the upcoming season.
