After School Sessions

The After School Programme is a partnership between Stockport County Community Foundation and your school; the partnership is a great way to receive fantastic Stockport County incentives such as County 1st team player appearances and free tickets to Stockport County fixtures, as well as boosting physical activity and attainment within school.

The Community Foundation offer a variety of initiatives for schools to engage with as shown below, in addition by working with the Foundation your school will be able to access our Premier League funded projects such as Premier League Primary Stars Programme.
